Two questions come up before almost every session: what does a bike fit cost, and what actually happens in it? Both have clear answers. You work directly with me, Lloyd Thomas, with no steps in between.
What shapes the price
A bike fit does not have a single fixed price, because the services differ. A short, focused session for one specific question is priced differently from a full analysis with movement screening, on-bike work and a fit report.
So the price is mostly set by the service and its depth. Current prices are always on the live calendar, so they stay reliable rather than going out of date in old copy.
What happens in the session
I do not start with a number or a formula. I start with you. First I look at your movement and how you take load. Then I analyse the bike under realistic load.
- Movement screening before the on-bike analysis
- On-bike analysis under load
- Adjustments to saddle, cleats and cockpit during the session
- Clear priorities rather than many changes at once
- Fit report with the final measurements
How to prepare
Bring your bike, your shoes and close-fitting clothing. If you know where discomfort shows up or what you changed last, it helps me get to the point faster.
