Fit Bike Session Follow-Up with New Bike

I took my gravel bike to Lloyd for a bike fitting and I'm completely satisfied. The bike fitting is absolutely worth every penny, and I can highly recommend it to everyone, whether you're a hobby cyclist or a pro. Lloyd takes an incredible amount of time, explains each step clearly, and even beginners can understand everything. With great patience, the bike is optimally adjusted step by step. I especially appreciated that he doesn't try to sell you unnecessary new components. Instead, he first gets the most out of the existing parts and only recommends new ones when they are truly necessary and beneficial. Not only is the bike analyzed, but also the rider. Mobility, posture, and any limitations are taken into account. He also provides easy-to-implement exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life and contribute to a better riding position in the long run. At the end, you receive all the measurement data as well as comprehensive documentation with recommendations for further exercises, useful accessories, and potential optimizations. The atmosphere throughout the entire appointment was also very pleasant, relaxed, and professional. Anyone considering a bike fitting is definitely in the right place at Lloyd. Highly recommended!

If you're struggling with cycling comfort or want to boost your performance, I can't recommend a session with Lloyd enough. I'm currently preparing for two ultra-distance events in 2026, and I wasn't happy with the results of a previous bike fitting. That setup worked fine for shorter rides, but after about six hours in the saddle the problems started: numb feet, mild pain in my left leg, and some lower back discomfort. Because Lloyd's studio is close to the Rhine-Main area, and thanks to his excellent Google reviews and recommendations in various triathlon and cycling forums, I decided to book a session with him. Even though it's not exactly cheap, it was absolutely worth every cent. Lloyd is genuinely friendly and easygoing. We started with a conversation about my goals and issues, then a short bike session and a quick physical assessment — flexibility, foot position and so on. From there he methodically adjusted the bike setup and cleat position until we were both happy. After my first long ride with the new setup my initial impression was completely confirmed: the position feels perfect — no more aches, numbness or tension anywhere. And the very next day I did an FTP test and, without changing a single thing, my FTP jumped by almost 10%, purely thanks to the improved position. Thank you Lloyd, we'll definitely meet again!

I had a very special bike fitting experience with Lloyd. After an evaluation of my problems (knee, back, numb hands/toes) and my goals we did a video analysis to adjust all parameters at my bike. But Lloyd also put a strong focus on my specific body characteristics (flexibility, strength etc.) and defined a personal pre-ride routine for me. Due to a length difference in one leg we also fitted my shoes and the pain in my knee is gone since then! :) With the additional pressure analysis of my saddle, we identified an issue with my contact to the saddle. It ended up in getting a new saddle and not having any problems with long rides anymore. Overall a perfect fitting experience, especially as I was able to return to do some fine tuning after a few rides. Will be back with my next bike for sure - highly recommended!

I am someone who has been struggling to get my proper fit for almost 2 years. I have tried numerous online resources and even one that was "AI powered". None of these options worked for me and over time I eventually developed some slight aches and pains outside of normal muscle stress and fatigue. I found Lloyd's shop and booked the soonest appointment I could. Just one consultation and I can already feel the difference compared to what I was doing before, and that difference is comfort and allows me to continue to enjoy the sport that we all have grown to love. Even if you aren't experiencing any issues I would recommend getting a consultation with your bike. It's quick, easy, and Lloyd is a professional who not only understands the stressors and importance of finding a good fit from his own experience but wants the same for you as well. Lloyd helped me tremendously with my bike fit and custom insoles. He helped me specifically with adjustments on the bike to assist me with my right foot that is quite flat and this has made a great improvement to my pain on the bike. The custom insoles that he created for me have greatly reduced my ankle pain and helped me be much stronger on the bike. I can recommend Lloyd to help anyone who wants to be more comfortable on their bike.

Excellent service! I needed adjustments to my bike but with so much advice given to me, I didn't want to start changing parts myself and still have a problem. I went to Cyclefit and Lloyd pinpointed the issues, told me what parts I needed to buy, and got them installed on the bike. The adjustments have made a world of difference and my bike feels great when I'm riding it. Absolutely mind blown. I would have never expected the positive impact the fit has had on my riding. Not only was Lloyd an absolute pro and awesome human being, the expertise he brings to the table is just tremendous. My power output has increased massively after the fit, but this is actually just secondary to the amazing feeling on the bike. It really feels effortless and comfortable compared to before.
